The variants of surgical treatment of chronic complications of Crohn’s disease are demonstrated. Surgery for severe Crohn’s disease can be regarded not only as an aid in complications of the disease, but also as a good alternative to conservative treatment.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье приведены особенности болезни Крона в детском и подростковом возрасте, современная классификация заболевания, показания к хирургическому лечению, алгоритм лечебной тактики при осложненном течении заболевания. Продемонстрированы варианты хирургического лечения хронических осложнений болезни Крона.
