ДИАГНОСТИКА И ЛЕЧЕНИЕ ИНОРОДНЫХ ТЕЛ ЖЕЛУДОЧНО-КИШЕЧНОГО ТРАКТА У ДЕТЕЙ

Аннотация

Инородные тела желудочно-кишечного тракта (ЖКТ) представляют собой одну из наиболее актуальных проблем детской хирургии и гастроэнтерологии. Согласно данным литературы, в более чем 80% случаях инородные тела выходят естественным путем, не причиняя вреда здоровью ребенка, однако в 20% наблюдений требуется выполнение эндоскопических и/или хирургических интервенций, так как задержка инородного тела на любом уровне пищеварительного тракта может привести к развитию жизнеугрожающих осложнений. В настоящем обзоре представлена подробная характеристика наиболее часто встречаемых инородных тел ЖКТ у детей, их распространенность, а также проблемные вопросы методов диагностики и лечения.
